The single most important factor in water restoration is the efficiency
of the equipment used. At Hanleys Restoration, Inc. we use
state of the art drying equipment. Our goal is to dry and restore
the damaged area faster then our competitors. This philosophy benefits
all parties involved:
The Customer: Faster drying time lessens the stress and
inconvenience placed upon the insured.
The Insurance Company: By quickly drying and restoring
the damaged area, we decrease the financial loss incurred upon by the
insurer. Shorter drying time equals a lower claim payout.
Hanleys Restoration, Inc: Reducing claim payouts
allows our company to develop a working relationship with insurers.
Our philosophy is the insurer will likely use our services in the future
as long as we can demonstrate that our drying times are as short as possible.
HOW CAN WE DO IT?
We use the best drying equipment available. Our equipment is designed
for maximum efficiency. Other water emergency services often use
low grade and outdated equipment and guess as to the extent of the water
damage. At Hanleys Restoration, Inc. our equipment is the
best available and we use Psychrometry (the science of drying) to determine
the best drying process. Here is just a sample of our equipments
productivity:
Water Extractors:
Flood Pumper Plus: Water extraction removes water 1200 times
faster then dehumidification. The Flood Pumper Plus was designed
to give maximum performance in a small durable unit. It can process
40 gallons of water per minute.
Fans:
Twister Dry: A drying fan with an angular design which allows
for easy drying of walls, floors, ceilings and furniture. The epoxy
coated thin steel wire grills allow for maximum air flow.
Dehumidifiers:
Drizair LGR 2000: Removes up to 28 gallons of water
per day. This low grain refrigerant dehumidifier uses heat pipes
to increase performance in dry environments. It is the
perfect tool for use even through the dry later stages of a dehumidification
job.
How can we be sure your drying times are faster then
the other water restoration services?
We can provide insurers with a data spread sheet that shows the drying
progression of the damaged environment. We use a high tech data
logger that records the temperature and relative humidity, over time.
The readings of the data logger will correspond with our equipment usage
and billing invoice. With a data logger, it is impossible to exaggerate
the conditions of the damaged area.
